Cheyenne Pimienta — Designer & Project Manager
Cheyenne is grateful to work with a team of such graceful, skilled, and independent women. She enjoys the way CRD sees each design project through with such close attention to detail — this always shines through in the finished spaces. She also appreciates the integrity of CRD and the way we incorporate local artists and craftsman in our designs.
Outside of CRD Cheyanne spends most of her time in Ojai at her partners family farm and homestead, “East End Eden” tending to acres of land. This includes working in gardens, planting fruit trees, raising animals, and harvesting/processing the abundance of the land.
She also spends a lot of time developing earth skills such as basket weaving, natural dyeing, felting, animal processing, hide tanning, cob building/plastering, fermentation, and herbal medicine making. Alongside the joys of homesteading, she enjoys world travel and has spent time around Southeast Asia awing at temples such as Angkor Wat in Cambodia and as far as South America to the ancient city of Machu Picchu. Equally as inspiring as the incredible architectural sites is the beauty of all the different people and their honed crafts. She looks forward to the years that await, continuing to be inspired by the world and creating beauty as a result.
